Apparently the Bush administration wants to cut $6 million from programs directed at developing new explosive detection technology. This after the Department of Homeland Security failed to spend $200 million earmarked for the same purposes of research and development. Just more proof that this administration's focus on the War on Terror goes no further than Iraq.
